Investor Grievances Escalation Matrix -

  1. The client can raise a query/ complaint with a unique ticket at [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected].
  2. The client can further escalate the matter at [email protected] which is displayed on our website and also on the contract notes and other correspondence.
  3. If the client is not satisfied with explanation from Broker, the client can lodge a complaint with Exchange/ Depositories or with SEBI on SCORES (a web based centralized grievance redressal system of SEBI)
