If you have received a message from your bank stating that the amount has been debited from your account, but you have not received a confirmation email from Upstox, don’t worry! 

There is a specific timeframe for money to be transferred from your bank account to your Upstox account, depending on the transfer mode. Sometimes transfers can be delayed due to technical issues at the bank's or at the gateway's end too.

In case the delay is prolonged, we request you to send us the following transaction details by raising a ticket ‘Raise Ticket’.

Along with the below details, kindly provide a screenshot of your bank account statement as well.

  • Please send us a scanned copy or photo of the cheque to Raise Ticket’. 

  • Cheques are accepted as long as they are coming from the same bank account you have registered with us. You can write the cheque to our account name (details are mentioned below). 

  • Once you have deposited a cheque, you need to mail us a copy before we can credit the same into your Trading account.
