If your available funds are not updated when you have deposited funds, kindly do the following:
- Refresh your app or page once the payment is completed.
- Certain payment modes may take a longer time to reflect in the payment history. Please check the payment turnaround time (TAT) for the limit update.
- Check for any announcements by Upstox regarding technical downtime.
- Check the payment history and review the transaction status. If it has failed, any deducted amount will be refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 days. You will then need to add funds again through an alternative payment mode.
- On non-trading days, such as Saturdays, Sundays, and exchange holidays, server maintenance may cause inaccuracies in the displayed funds within the application.
- Funds transferred to the Upstox account between 11:30 PM and 7:30 AM will be updated by 8:00 AM.
- We recommend verifying your available/total funds during market hours or after 8:00 AM.
