To make payments towards your SIP when they are due/overdue, please follow these steps.
Step 1: Log in to the Upstox app using your 6-digit Pin or Biometrics.
Step 2: Navigate to the 'Account' tab in the bottom navigation bar and toggle to 'Upstox - For investors' using the switch button located above on the screen.
Step 3: Subsequently, select 'Switch to Upstox for investors,' and at the bottom, you will find 'Mutual Funds.'
Step 4: Click on ‘Portfolio’ and on the screen itself, you will see the message where the action is required for the SIP payment.
Step 5: Subsequently, select 'View SIP,' and you will then encounter the SIPs with pending payments along with the option to 'Pay now.'
Step 6: Here you will see the order review screen with the details of SIP/Lump sum. Click on ‘Proceed to payment’.
Step 7: Now you need to make your payment via UPI pay or Net banking.
Step 8: Once the payment is done, your order will be placed successfully.
