In the Upstox app, you can view the status of your SIP and Lump sum order by following these steps -
Step 1: Log in to Upstox app > Account > Upstox - For investors
Step 2: Click on Mutual funds > Portfolio > Your Portfolio > Orders.
Step 3: Click on 'View all' to see all order statuses.
Step 4: Here, you will find two tabs: 'Pending Orders' and 'Closed Orders'. Additionally, you have the option to arrange the orders based on Date or Amount.
Step 5: Click on any Pending order to understand why your order is in the ‘Pending’ state.
Step 6: Upon selecting 'Closed orders,' the order statuses will be displayed as completed, failed, or cancelled.
Step 7: You can also filter out your closed orders based on All orders, Buy orders and Sell orders.
