You may encounter the error code AFDSB2009 when adding funds under the following circumstances:
1. Newly Opened Account:
If you have recently opened your Upstox account, please wait 24-48 hours before attempting to add funds. It may take some time for your account to be fully activated on our end.

2. Dormant Account:
According to exchange guidelines, if you haven’t made any transactions in the past 12 months, your account will be marked as dormant.
To add funds to a dormant account, you will need to first reactivate your account. Once reactivated, you can proceed to add funds.
