If your UPI has failed and funds were debited from your account, they would be reversed to your bank account instantly or in the next 3 to 5 working days. If you do not receive your refund within this TAT please provide us with a screenshot of your bank statement and send the transaction details to the customer support team through ‘Raise Ticket’ which will help us in checking your failed transaction.

Also, please keep in mind: To understand why your payment failed, please click on the desired segment i.e. Securities/Commodities for which you wish to check the transaction history. Once you click on the Securities/Commodities wallet page, “Transactions” will show your history in the Upstox application.
