If your available funds are not updated after depositing funds, follow these steps:

  1. Refresh the App or Page: After completing the payment, refresh your app or webpage.
  2. Check the Payment Turnaround Time (TAT): Some payment methods may take longer to reflect in your payment history. Refer to the TAT for fund updates.
  3. Check for Announcements: Look for any technical downtime announcements from Upstox.
  4. Review Payment History and Transaction Status: If the transaction failed, any deducted amount will be refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 working days. You can then re-add funds using an alternative payment method.
  5. Consider Non-Trading Days: On non-trading days such as Saturdays, Sundays, or exchange holidays, server maintenance may cause temporary discrepancies in displayed funds.
  6. Funds Transferred Late: Funds transferred to your Upstox account between 11:30 PM and 7:30 AM will be updated by 8:00 AM.

We recommend checking your available or total funds during market hours or after 8:00 AM for accuracy.
