If your UPI payment has failed, the processing of your refund depends on where the failure occurred:

  • Payment Gateway Failure or Third-Party Validation Issues: Refunds are processed instantly.
  • Failure at the Customer’s Bank End: The turnaround time (TAT) for a refund depends on the bank. Some banks process refunds within 24 working hours, while others may take 5 to 7 working days.
