Unfortunately, you cannot add funds to your Upstox account via UPI/NetBanking/NEFT/RTGS/IMPS/Cheque of an unregistered bank.
If you have added funds from an unregistered bank, we will not be able to credit the funds to your Upstox trading account and your payment will be kept on hold.
In such a situation, the amount will be refunded to the same bank account.
1. Kindly provide bank details such as your beneficiary name, account number, and IFSC code so we can process your refund. After receiving correct details, the refund will get credited within 24 to 48 working hours into your unregistered bank account.
2. You can add the bank account from the funds that have been transferred to the Upstox account as a secondary bank and after that, you can transfer/add the funds.
