Yes, all your index options orders and positions will be visible and fully synced between the Chart 360 platform and the mobile app. This ensures that you can manage your trades seamlessly from either platform. Whether you initiate a trade from Chart 360 or the app, your positions and orders are automatically updated across both interfaces.
For example, if you place an order or modify a position on Chart 360, you can instantly view the same on the app under the "Positions" or "Orders" section. Similarly, any trades executed from the app will reflect in Chart 360.
Managing Trades Across Platforms:
Exit a Position: If you have an open position in Chart 360 but encounter any issues accessing it there, you can easily exit the same position directly from the mobile app. Simply navigate to the “Positions” tab, locate the trade, and exit as needed.
Cancel an Order: If an order was placed on Chart 360 and you encounter any difficulties, you can cancel that pending order from the app by going to the "Orders" tab and selecting the order you wish to cancel.
