Step 1: Log in to the Upstox app using your 6-digit PIN or biometrics.
Step 2: Go to the 'Account' option located at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Select 'My Account’.
Step 4: Click on 'Profile’.
Step 5: Access 'My Bank Details’.
Step 6: Opt for 'Edit IFSC’.
Step 7: Enter the new IFSC code and proceed by clicking on 'Change IFSC’.
Step 8: Continue the process by clicking on 'Continue’.
Step 9: Electronically sign with Aadhaar and submit your application.
Step 10: You will be redirected to the confirmation page where you need to check the checkbox. Accept the 'Terms of Service,' and click on 'Submit’.
Step 11: After selecting 'Proceed to eSign,' you'll be redirected to the NSDL website. There you must:
- Enter your Aadhaar number
- Tick the checkbox
- Click on 'Send OTP’
Step 12: Enter the OTP received and click on 'Verify OTP’.
Step 13: Your request to change the IFSC code has been successfully submitted.
Note: Please be aware that it may take up to 24 hours to verify and activate your updated bank account information.
