Note: You must provide the adjusted share price at the time of transfer.

Adjusted price: If any corporate action occurs after the stock purchase, the average price is affected and needs adjustment. When entering prices at Upstox, ensure you have data reflecting the adjusted prices resulting from corporate actions.
