What is the ‘Regular’ and ‘Strategies' tab under Orders and Positions under Trades?

The ‘Regular’ tab shows orders placed for a single scrip. This will also include orders placed via the ‘Build strategy’ flow.

The ‘Strategies’ tab shows all entry and exit orders placed using the ‘Pick strategy’ flow, and they will be grouped and shown together.
