If you have paid the account opening charges multiple times, please raise a ticket along with the screenshots attachment of payment proof. We will get back to you on initiating a refund of the additional charges if you are eligible for it.

Once the refund is processed you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be credited to your bank account within 5-7 working days. In case the refund isn't credited to your account even after 7 working days, you will have to contact your bank.
