If you have paid the account opening charges multiple times, please raise a ticket along with the screenshots attachment of payment proof. We will get back to you on initiating a refund of the additional charges if you are eligible for it.
Upon completion of the refund process, you'll receive a confirmation email, and the refunded amount will be deposited into your bank account within 5-7 working days. If the refund isn't reflected in your account after this period, please get in touch with your bank.
