I have rewards in my referral wallet but still I'm not able to withdraw?

Thank you for referring your friend to Upstox.  You might have received the following error message while placing a withdrawal request. 

While you can refer and are eligible to receive referral rewards in your referral wallet, in order to withdraw them you need to be an active Upstox user who has placed a trade in the last 12 months. 

As per our T&C mentioned here, if you haven’t traded on Upstox In the last 12 months or since account opening, you cannot withdraw your referral rewards. 
In order to withdraw your rewards you would need to place a  trade on Upstox to keep your account active. Once the trade is placed then after 24-48 working hours you will be eligible to withdraw the referral amount credited to your wallet.

Few things to keep in mind: 

• The trade needs to be placed in any of the segments (Equity, Futures and Options, Currency, MCX) .
• Once your referral successfully opens an Upstox account, the referral reward will be credited to your account within two working days.
• Referral rewards will only be valid for the first 10 successful referrals per month.Thereafter,there shall be no further rewards for any friends you refer in that month.Successful referrals mean that the referred person successfully opens their Upstox account.
