How do I reset my PIN in the new app?

If you have forgotten your secret PIN or your account has been blocked due to multiple incorrect PIN entries, you can reset the PIN by following the steps below.

Note: Your account will be blocked after 5 failed attempts.

Steps to Reset Your PIN and Unblock Your Account Using the ‘Forgot PIN’ Option:

Step 1: Click on ‘Forgot PIN’.

Step 2: Enter you PAN details and click on Continue.

Step 3: After entering the PAN details, you will receive an OTP in your registered Mobile Number and Email.

Step 4: Once you enter the OTP you will get an option to create the 6-digit pin.

After the 6-digit PIN is created you can then login to the app successfully.
