If your referred person has not been mapped under your name, it could be because they were already referred by someone else before you. In such cases, the rewards will be credited to the earlier referrer, and the person will be mapped under their account.

A Few Things to Keep in Mind:

  • Referral Link Usage:
    Your friend will only be mapped under your referral if they start the Upstox account-opening process by clicking on your unique referral link. If they do not use your link, they will not be associated with your account. Additionally, your friend may be mapped to another account if they use someone else’s referral link to open their Upstox account.

  • Eligibility for Referral Benefits:
    To qualify for this offer, your referred applicant must not be a family member or blood relative.

  • Referral Rewards Policy:
    Referral rewards are valid only for the first five successful referrals per month. After that, no further rewards will be granted for additional referrals made during the same month. 
    A successful referral means that the referred person has successfully opened an Upstox account.

Step 1: Login to the Upstox app using your 6-digit PIN or Biometrics.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Account’ at the bottom of the screen.


Step 3: Click on 'Refer and Earn'.

Step 4: Click on 'Withdrawable Rewards'.


Step 5: On the ‘Referral Wallet’ screen, scroll to check the list of your referred friends.
