Thank you for referring your contact to Upstox.

Your referred person may not have been mapped under your name because they may have already been referred by someone else before you. Hence, the rewards will be credited to them and the person would be mapped under them.

If you’re using the updated version of the Upstox app, read this. 


Thank you for referring your contact to Upstox. To confirm whom you have referred, follow these steps:

 

1)Login to the Upstox app using your 6-digit Pin or Biometrics.

 

2) Once you have logged in, click on the Avatar / Name initial on the top left corner of your screen.

3)  Click on the ‘Rewards’ tab.


4) Click on the Reward and it will redirect to the ‘Rewards Wallet’.

 

 

5) On the ‘Referral Wallet’ screen, scroll to check the list of your referred friends.

 

Remember, your friend is only mapped under you if they initiate the Upstox account-opening process by clicking on your referral link. In case they do not click on your link to open an account, they will not be mapped under you. It is also possible that your friend may also be mapped under another account instead, if they have used another person’s link to open their Upstox account.
