If your available funds are not updated when you have deposited funds, kindly do the following:
- Check the payment history and see the status of the transaction. If it’s failed, then you need to initiate the funds again or through some other payment mode.
- Check for any announcement done by Upstox for any technical downtime.
- Refresh your app or page once, the payment is completed.
- Certain payment modes may take a longer time to reflect in the payment history. Please check the payment time frame for the funds to get updated.
