If you’re using an older version of the Upstox app, read this.

  1. Check the payment history and see the status of the transaction. If it says ‘Failed’, then you need to initiate the funds again through the same or another payment mode.
  2. Check for an announcement done by Upstox for any such delay. 
  3. Refresh your app or page once the payment is completed. 
  4. Certain payment modes may take a longer time to reflect in the payment history. Please check the payment time frame for the funds to get updated.

  1. Click on the Securities/ Commodities wallet and ‘Transactions’ under that will show you transaction history and check the status of the transaction. If it says ‘Failed’, then you need to initiate the funds again or through another payment mode.

  3. Re-login to your app or refresh page once the payment is completed. 
  4. Certain payment modes may take a longer time to reflect in the payment history. Please check the payment time frame for the funds to get updated.
