If you are unable to reset your password and encounter the error code 1017069, please note that you have exhausted the limit for the maximum number of times you can generate an OTP in the allowed time window.
1. Kindly try again to generate an OTP and set a new password after 15 minutes.
2.Kindly follow the procedure in below link to reset the password in your trading portal
