If you are unable to reset your password and encounter the error code 1017060, please note that its because there is a session time limit of 2 minutes to complete the Reset / Forgot Password process wherein you need to verify the OTP and set the new password.
The details are mentioned below:
- The session starts after the OTP is generated
- This error will occur if you are unable to complete the two steps of OTP verification & New Password creation within two minutes as the session will then expire
- You can only trigger OTP twice in 10 mins
- The OTP is sent both on your registered Email ID and mobile number
