How do I change my Date Of Birth (DOB) on my account?

To change your Date of Birth on your account you'll need to first update the DOB on Income Tax Database (ITD). Click here to know more. If it's already updated on your PAN Card then follow the below process.

After the DOB is updated on the PAN Card, please download, fill and courier us physical copies of the below form and document as mentioned below.

1. Account Details Modification Request Form (Click to download the form)
2. Self-attested PAN card copy with the new modified Date of Birth (Mandatory)

Please fill in the following details in the account modification form:

1. Upstox Client ID
2. Basic details - Please mention the name as per the Upstox records and PAN card number.
3. Photo with a cross signature.

Once completed, please courier the forms and mandatory proofs to the following address:
